DINA ÖGON^SE

It's hard to think of many other bands that exude as much sun and summer as Sweden's Dina Ögon. With a warm and organic sound that blends breezy Nordic pop, soul, bossa nova and psychedelic reveries, the band has created the perfect soundtrack for refreshing summer drinks, longing gazes and beach sunsets. And, we might add, for summer festivals!

However, it's not just a special sound and atmosphere that the band truly nails. The Stockholm quartet also has a firm grasp of good melody and luxurious arrangements in beautifully swirling songs that bring to mind the Beach Boys, Fleetwood Mac and old Motown hits transplanted to bright Swedish summer nights.

Despite the Nordic sound, the band also draws solid inspiration from music from all over the world, with threads to Brazil, Turkey, Nigeria and many other places. Although they sing in Swedish, the band has also gained recognition far beyond Sweden's borders. Tyler, The Creator himself named their song "Tombola 94" from their self-titled debut album as his favorite song of 2022.

In 2023, Dina Ögon released their new album, aptly titled Oas (Oasis). A true oasis of pop music and summer vibes with hints of bossa, psych and jazz is exactly what audiences can expect when the Swedish group visits Roskilde Festival.
