With his hypnotic blend of trance-inducing beats, deep bass, contemporary club music and Kurdish timbres, Muskila is ready to move dance feet and expand horizons when he visits Roskilde Festival as resident DJ at Apollo.

With roots in Northern Kurdistan but based in Copenhagen, Muskila has made a name for himself as a DJ with his unique fusion of electronic rave and Kurdish traditions. He has particularly impressed with his rhythmic sense, taking the audience on a dizzying journey through both hard techno rhythms and Middle Eastern percussion.

In addition to promoting his own music, Muskila is dedicated to creating greater diversity in the club scene. He does this as part of the organizer platform Bukhar and as a contributor to Fragment Radio, which gives voice to BIPOC artists.

He has just released the EP OK, Fatma, where he is assisted by Nyege Nyege-related DJ Travella. Now he's ready to create an immersive and inclusive party at the Apollo.
