OMSORG^DK

With the band Omsorg, the already exuberant Danish post-hardcore scene has gained an exciting addition that has taken both audiences and critics by storm with a mix of ferocity, sensitivity and social indignation. 

Rooted in the North Jutland scene, the band formed in Aalborg in 2020 and quickly gained attention both in the Danish hardcore scene and internationally when they embarked on a European tour with the band Demersal. 

With veteran producer Jacob Bredahl (Lifesick, Eyes and others), Omsorg recorded their debut album Moments, Movements, which was released in 2023 to rave reviews. Since then, they have repeated the success with Bredahl to record the Echoes EP from this year. 

Omsorg's releases combine the dynamic energy found in the band's captivating live shows with a desire to experiment with sound. The band is founded on friendship and a search for community, but the songs also show a fierce willingness to face the destructive aspects of life while caring for each other and fighting for love with music as a weapon.
