The badminton club BC 37 is looking for volunteers for our refund stand!
Our refund stand is small but really nice and located by the Arena stage, ensuring a great chance to enjoy the good music during your shifts! Doesn’t that just sound wonderful? If yes – please continue reading!
Age requirement: 18 years at the start of the festival
Language requirement: None - as long as you speak and understand english
Your tasks will primarily be to receive beer glasses, pitchers, cans and shot glasses from festivalgoers, and to sort and count these, making sure the material can be sent on. In addition, the work will also consist of secondary jobs such as clearing up and cleaning.
You will be volunteering 24 hours during the four music days from Wednesday to Saturday. Shifts will be divided into two shifts (roughly 12 hours each). It is possible to change one day-shift to a night-shift (which is shorter). If you are a group of friends volunteering with us, your shifts will be scheduled together as we put a great deal of effort into planning the schedule. If you have specific wishes for the planning of your shifts, we will do our best to try to accommodate these.
We support freedom and flexibility, which must go both ways. If the stand is busy we expect everyone to give a helping hand, and during more quiet periods, you can take a well-deserved rest in our cosy back room.
In addition, we expect that you are healthy – even if the work is not physically demanding, you must be able to stand up for hours at a time.
Whether you have tried it before is not important. What is important is that you want to do the work to ensure a greener festival experience!
Does the above sound like something for you, or do you have questions about the work? You can contact Marlene at email@example.com.
Please write whether you want access to Volunteer Camping and if there are specific dates and times of day when you will not be able to work
