We are a small society founded by two teachers, who work during Roskilde Festival at the access gates around the Arena stage, primarily the vehicle gates and volunteer gates. This means that there is plenty of opportunity to experience great music during your shifts as well as all the different people at the festival.
Age demand: You must be at least 18
Language requirements: Danish and/or English
You must be willing to contribute with your great spirit, openness to all people, as well as being able to carry out several functions: e.g. guide, information board and acting as the face of the festival. It is important that you are open to other people, a fast learner, have broad shoulders and can follow instructions from the supervisor, who is part of our team.
You will have access to Roskilde Festival during all festival days, receive a T-shirt for your shift plus food and drinks. You will also have access to Volunteers’ Village and lots of exciting events for volunteers. It will be possible to buy access to Volunteer Camping.
Be willing to volunteer 32 hours – divided between 4 x 8 hour shifts for the duration of the festival. We will do our best to plan your shifts, so that you will have 2 shifts during the warm-up days and 2 shifts during the music days. This will include a night shift.
This year, all volunteers must sign a volunteer contract. This means you acknowledge that you accept the terms of your task, working hours and procedure when calling in sick or otherwise not being able to work.
Is this you? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to hearing from you.
