The role as Parade Leader + 25 years As Parade Leader, you are responsible for one of ReAct’s parades.

Every day, eight Parade Leaders will each lead a volunteer group of around 20 people and a flatbed truck with driver, making up a parade that goes through the camping area and helps festivalgoers sort their trash. Your responsibility will be to lead one of these parades.
You need to like being the leader and having responsibility. You need to be able to solve any problems that may arise in the camping area. In collaboration with the daily manager, your responsibility will be to get the parades through the areas while making sure the volunteers have a good experience.
When will you work?
You will have 3 day-shifts from Saturday 29 June to Saturday 6 July. It is obligatory for everyone in ReAct to work on Sunday 7 July, which will be your 4th shift. You will be working a total of 32 hours.
In addition to your shifts, you need to set aside time before the festival for online instruction (E-learning) concerning your work. It is a requirement that you speak both Danish and English.
What is ReAct?
ReAct is the name of the collective sustainability initiative of Roskilde Festival. The vision is to get the festivalgoers to clean up and sort their trash. This is achieved both by making it easier for the festivalgoer and through motivation and communication.
