SKOTLANDER RUM LOUNGE 2019

We are looking for bartenders to serve the world’s best cocktails at Roskilde Festival 2019. Is that you? We need 50 of the nicest, happiest and most professional people to make cocktails.

Age requirement: 18 years

THE NICEST TEAM

At Skotlander Rum Lounge, we serve Nordic-inspired cocktails and we have collected a group of the coolest bartenders for the four great days. It is important for us that you can stay positive throughout, even when your shift gets really busy.

WHO ARE WE?

Skotlander Rum Lounge is organised by Skotlander Rum, which is an award-winning Danish rum brand. The company is owned and run by Titte and Anders Skotlander and they will both be present during the entire festival. Søren Krogh Sørensen, who is one of the best bartenders in the Nordic countries, will manage the bar. He has great international experience and works professionally with creating new taste compositions from the Nordic terroir as consultant as well as for his own company REVIR.

DISTRIBUTION OF ROLES

At the moment we need 25 engaged, outgoing and service-minded bartenders for our two front bars toward Inner Area and backstage bar, who will:

o Take orders

o Make a lot of (great-tasting) drinks

o Restock supplies

o Clean up

We further need 6 engaged runners for the backstage area who will:

o Restock supplies

o Collect and bring supplies

o Clear and clean our production areas

The role is a 24-hour volunteer effort during the festival, divided into three shifts. You must be over the age of 18 and preferably have previous experience from a busy bar.

To show our gratitude and in order to be able to carry out your volunteer role you will of course have access to the festival area during the whole festival period.

Application deadline is the 15th of May. Everyone will receive a reply no later than 1 June.
