For artists
All material received by Roskilde Festival’s bookers before 1 January is among the selection of music that is considered for the following Roskilde Festival.
We do not respond to every application.
Each year we receive 2-3000 CD’s, and we only have room for approx. 150 bands on our stages (including approx. 20 on Pavilion Junior which is the primary place for upcoming music). The chance of playing Roskilde Festival is therefore minimal.

Applying for doing a project at Roskilde Festival
Roskilde Festival is primarily a music festival but besides the music we present a varied, innovative and challenging array of events and activities for the festival-goers.
The projects are realised in cooperation with artists and other creative people, who present up to 400 unique non-musical projects at Roskilde Festival. About 1000 people work in areas such as the arts, events, decoration, audience activities, design, film, skate, graffiti, technological innovation and architecture.
We are happy to receive applications from individuals, societies, artist groups, commercial players and others to arrange activities or to do non-musical performances at Roskilde Festival.
All applicants must fill in an application form and send it to Roskilde Festival.
Deadline for projects at RF ’10 is 18 December 2009.
