What’s included in my purchase?

It depends on which kind of B2B Ticket you bought, see the types and facilities here:

X Treatment – minimum purchase 45 pax
  • Access to Backstage Village and Roskilde Festival on the selected day.
  • Exclusive access to the X Treatment Islands lounge area.
  • Assistance with check-in and planning of the day from a designated festival guide.
  • Talk program with insights provided by keynote speakers from Roskilde Festivals management giving you a taste of the festival DNA.
  • Possibility to host a keynote speaker with personalized content.
  • Lunch from Artist Catering, dinner from Food Court and beverages through out the day.
  • Guided tour at the festival site, including closed areas and stages.
  • Special experience at a selected concert at the Arena or Orange stage.

FAQ

How do I purchase a Ticket? ​

Before purchasing tickets for Roskilde Festival, you have to send us a request through our form. If your wish is met, then you have the option to purchase up to the granted number of tickets. ​
This offer will stay for 2 weeks. ​PS It’s perfectly fine to answer in Danish.

What if I want an area reserved for only me and my guests?

The only option is the X Treatment tickets, where your group can have exclusive access to the X Treatment lounge area and requires a minimum purchase of 120 tickets. Please contact sales@roskilde-festival.dk for further info.

What are we expected to experience in the Backstage Village?

Every year Backstage Village is changing a bit when we build the festival up from nothing. We aim to present a cozy Backstage Village which has its purpose to present the Roskilde Festival in the closed area for media, partners, volunteers etc. through partners activation, working areas and food and beverage facilities.

How and when do I get contacted by my Roskilde Festival guide?

After purchase you will be contacted by Roskilde Festival Sales to start up the coordinating of your visit. After we have released the full music program in the beginning of April, you will be contacted by your personal Roskilde Festival contact. If you purchase tickets after that, please give our team of volunteers 8-10 days to initiate contact or write to sales@roskilde-festival.dk for further info.

How can I make sure to see exactly the concert we wished for?

We will do our best to comply all concert wishes for our X Treatment visitors, but keep in mind that there can be guidelines provided by the band or security reasons that not all wishes can be fulfilled. Sometimes these decisions are last minute, so even though we can plan the best we can, changes can occur.

I have bought for one day, but wish to change my tickets to another day?

If the desired day is still available, then it’s no problem at all. Please contact sales@roskilde-festival.dk for further help. ​

Some of our tickets weren’t used, can I get a refund?

If you bought tickets and by some off chance didn’t get to use them, we’re sorry, but there is no refund. The good news is that all profits go in their entirety to the Roskilde Festivals Charity Society, which have donated them to cultural, humanitarian and charitable purposes since 1972.

How do we arrive and check in at Roskilde Festival?

The voucher from the People Pro database gives you access to the Backstage Village of Roskilde Festival and will be exchanged to an access bracelet at Check-In, Bakkesvinget 67, 4000 Roskilde, north of the festival site. If you arrive as a group, you can arrange the details with your designated Roskilde Festival contact person.

Who can buy these tickets?

All Business to Business tickets can only be purchased by a licensed Danish or foreign company with a valid VAT number. Roskilde Festival reserves the right to withdraw a purchase if this condition is not met. Please make sure you fill out the VAT information, when you complete the purchase.

It is not allowed, without preceding written approval by Roskilde Festival, to use Roskilde Festival’s name, trademarks, logos and designs in a commercial context. Nor is it allowed, without preceding written approval by Roskilde Festival, to do commercial activities, including sound and visual recordings in a commercial context, while being in Roskilde Festival’s areas. Roskilde Festival reserves the right to withdraw a purchase and cancel the tickets if this condition is not met.

UNUSED TICKETS
