ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF
As a volunteer in the Support Corps, you will become an important part of the engine room behind Roskilde Festival.
You help with practical tasks such as collecting and disposing of trash bags, delivering bags to the service areas, and handling various ad-hoc tasks around the festival grounds.
The work requires that you are reliable, helpful, and ready to roll up your sleeves, but you will also get plenty of fresh air, a good atmosphere, and the chance to experience the festival from a whole new perspective.
You will have 4 shifts of 8 hours each, between June 27th and July 5th, and you can request to be placed on a team with your friends if you apply together.
Community and Well-being:
We place great emphasis on ensuring our volunteers are well taken care of. The Support Corps has a dedicated leadership team that makes sure everyone feels safe and informed. We have a common base area where you can take a break, grab a cup of coffee, or just chat with the team.
We also have some cozy social traditions, such as a closing celebration, where we acknowledge everyone's efforts and celebrate the sense of community. With us, there is room for laughter, support, and camaraderie – both during work and when we relax afterward.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our team offers following accessibility
- There is access to our area for wheelchair users or others with reduced mobility.
- We offer tasks that are not physically demanding.
- We offer tasks that can be performed with reduced hearing.
- We offer tasks that do not require reading or writing.
ABOUT US
The Support Corps is a volunteer team at Roskilde Festival focused on community and helpfulness. We are driven by the desire to make a difference – all proceeds go to disadvantaged children, so they can have a better Christmas, a gift for their confirmation, or something else they may need.
With us, you’ll experience strong camaraderie, fun adventures, and the feeling of contributing to something meaningful.
