• How do I purchase a ticket?
    It’s only possible to purchase your add-ons if the request is approved by Roskilde Festival. If your request is met, then you have the option of purchasing up to the granted number of tickets. This offer will stand for 2 weeks.
  • I have bought tickets for one day, but can I change them to another day?
    If the desired day is still available, this shouldn’t be a problem at all. Contact sales@roskilde-festival.dk for further help.
  • Why can’t I see the price of the tickets on the website?
    The price of partner tickets isn’t public. But don’t worry, the prices haven’t changed and are available through the form.
  • Some of our tickets weren’t used, can I get a refund?
    If you bought tickets and for some reason didn’t use them, we’re sorry, but there is no refund. The good news is that all profits go in their entirety to charity. The Roskilde Festival Charity Society has donated all profits to social and cultural purposes since 1972.
  • Who can buy these tickets?
    Partner tickets and partner accommodation can only be purchased by a Roskilde Festival partner or supplier.
  • Can the tickets be used in a competition?
    Under no circumstances are the tickets to be used in contests or resold to a third party. Roskilde Festival reserves the right to withdraw a purchase and cancel the tickets if this condition is not met.
