ACCOUNT CONDITIONS

In order to create an account, you must accept the following conditions.

If you create an account, you should also be aware that we will process information about you in order to manage your profile. We will also process information on your use of the Roskilde Festival group's digital services and benefits.

1. The purpose of an account
When creating a Roskilde Festival account, you enter into an agreement with Roskilde Festival Charity Foundation, VAT no. 26465745, and Roskilde Festival Charity Society, VAT no. 39122715, located at the address Rabalderstræde 7, 4., 4000 Roskilde, Denmark (hereafter Roskilde Festival Group).

The primary purpose of an account is to act as a joined login to all the Roskilde Festival group's digital services and to provide access to unique benefits and content.

The detailed conditions on how you can obtain the individual services or benefits may vary but will appear in connection with the individual service and benefit.

2. Conditions for creating an account
It is free of charge to create a Roskilde Festival profile and creating it does not obligate you to make any purchases.

You must be 15 years of age to be able to create an account. Your account is personal and may therefore not be used by other people – not even by people in your household.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date, including your e-mail address and phone number.

All service announcements regarding your Roskilde Festival account will be sent to you by e-mail or text message. You must therefore ensure that your personal information is correct and up-to-date, including your e-mail address and telephone number. It is your responsibility to provide these data  correctly.

When you create a Roskilde Festival account, you must enter a personal password that is associated with your e-mail address. If you forget your password, you can request a new one.

3. Deletion of your account
You can always have your account deleted. You may contact us at info@roskilde-festival.dk if you wish to delete your account and we will send you an email confirming that your account has been deleted.

You can also contact gdpr@roskilde-festival.dk if you want to make use of your right to request deletion of your personal data.

If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to your account, and you will also lose the opportunity to use the Roskilde Festival group's digital services and your other memberships.

4. Consent to direct marketing
When you create an account, you are presented with the option to choose whether you want to receive direct marketing and how you want to receive it. You will be specifically asked about this.

If you no longer wish to receive our emails, SMS or push notifications, you can always unsubscribe. Read more in our statement of consent here.

Should you unsubscribe, we may still send you emails or contact you by  phone with service messages about your account’s functionality and  notifications with updates etc.

5. Change in your preferences
You can change your personal information at any time. You do this by logging in to your account here.

6. Changes in Roskilde Festival Group's account conditions
Roskilde Festival Group reserves the right to change our terms for your account.

Significant changes will be notified to you  via email or SMS no later than 14 days before they come into effect.

If you cannot accept the changes, you may always delete your account. If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to your account, and you will also lose the opportunity to use the Roskilde Festival group's digital services and your other memberships.

7. Security
Your Roskilde Festival account is personal, and for security reasons you should not share your account information with others.

The Roskilde Festival Group disclaims any responsibility for misuse of your account due to your own disclouse of your account information.

Roskilde Festival Group reserves the right to delete accounts that are deemed to not be truthful, or if we deem an account to be dubious.

8. Processing of your personal data
A Roskilde Festival account requires that we process your personal information.
