Would your association like to be a part of creating Roskilde Festival in the future? And do you also wish to strengthen the community and generate income for the benefit of your association?

We invite you to a backstage tour of this year's Roskilde Festival, where you'll have the opportunity to experience the festival spirit up close.

This guided tour will take place on Tuesday 2 July from 15:00 to 18:00.

Roskilde Festival collaborates with over 100 non-profit associations, either providing a service or operating a food stall at Roskilde Festival. We continuously invite new associations on board. Join us for our tour for new associations and gain a unique insight into whether engaging at Roskilde Festival could be something for your association!

During the tour, you'll meet various associations that either operate a food stall or provide a service, and get an insight into all the practical aspects and the value it creates for each association. There will also be an opportunity to ask plenty of questions and receive information on how to apply to participate as an association at Roskilde Festival 2025.

The tour concludes with some refreshments at Volunteers' Village, and you are more than welcome to linger on your own and let the festival magic continue for the rest of the evening with a concert experience.

We have a limited number of spots available for this year's tour. It is possible to register a maximum of two persons per association. The tour is free, and you will have access to Roskilde Festival on Tuesday, 2nd July.

After the registration deadline, you will receive a confirmation email if you have secured a spot, with practical information including meeting point, etc.
