Despair, harmonies and ripping guitars. A new Danish post-punk hope set the amps ablaze.

When the sky turns grey, the wind starts to blow, and you feel generally despondent and moody, the cure is always to listen to some post-punk music.

And guess what, we’ve got a brand-new, exciting Danish post-punk act that can help you cope with all the greyishness and frowning.

Say hello to Boundaries.

Boundaries say hello right back with weltschmerz set alight with thrilling slabs of darkly melodic new musick. They dig the sound from England from the late 70s/early 80s, but they also move the style forward with their kicking tunes and some raw energy. If you dig newer bands like Preoccupations and Protomartyr, Boundaries should be right up your alley.

Boundaries first released a song in 2017. In 2018, the band followed up with their debut EP: six songs full of dark moods, monotonously pulsating beats and jagged guitars.

When the band takes the Rising stage at Roskilde Festival 2019, you can look forward to a hard-hitting, uncompromising take on the dismal end of the rock spectrum.
