Superstars are still crazy, sexy, coolThey bring a bag full of blockbuster hits for their much anticipated first show in Denmark – at Roskilde Festival!

Some will remember TLC for their
trailblazing, chart-dominating heydays throughout the 90s. Others have discovered the group in retrospect – or perhaps through the empowering inspiration TLC has given to other female artists working the music scene.

TLC has made a huge impact in music historyWith over 65 millions records sold, they are the biggest-selling US female group of all time.

TLC – an acronym after its three original members T-BozLeft Eye and Chilli – rode a blend of pop, hip-hop and urban soul to superstardom. They brought together pop and R&B audiences with their catchy hooks and bouncy funk – and of course their playful and confident styleThe trio’s anthems of respect and empowerment stood out above most others.

It was their second album, CrazySexyCool (1994), that catapulted the trio into stardom. Still today, everyone knows hits like “Waterfalls”, “No Scrubs”“Creep” and “Unpretty”By the end of the 90s, the group had three multi-platinum albums and nine top 10 hits to their credit.

In 2002, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez was killed in car crash. At that time, the group were almost done with their fourth album, 3Dwhich was the last to feature all three members. Since then, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas have soldiered on as a duo

Their live shows are still a spectacle! Recent gigs have shown gold-suited dancers, a glam stage set and a live band responsible for explosive renditions of both oldies, goodies and newbies.

So, there is plenty to look forward to when TLC play their very first concert on Danish soil, at Roskilde Festival 2021. It will be a cross-generational party for youngsters of all ages!
