Rowdy, free-spirited, catchy rap

Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi are the world’s most famous twin brothers in rap.

Their ascension to stardom is a true underdog story.

Just a few years ago, the brothers were homeless in Tupelo, Mississippi – squatting in an abandoned house after their mother kicked them out, getting their music out into the world by throwing illegal parties.

Early singles such as “No Flex Zone” and “No Type” showed their talent with catchy hooks, infectious melodies and lush production.

Sremmlife, their debut album, cemented their relevance and revealed the breadth of their skills, proving that they could work piano pop and EDM into their party trap – all with the guidance of Atlanta über-producer Mike WiLL Made-It.

With their second album, SremmLife 2, things really took off. “Black Beatles” was the single that shot straight to no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and reached the top 5 in many other countries (including Denmark). Billboard would later name “Black Beatles” the best pop song of 2016, and even Paul McCartney called himself a fan.

Rae Sremmurd has been compared to the likes of Outkast many times. And much like their Atlanta idols did with their double album, the brother duo also made a true opus with their third album. Sr3mm was a triple (!) album, featuring a new disc from the duo alongside each member’s solo debut, 27 tracks in total!

The duo has confirmed that a Sremmlife 4 is on the way, which coincides perfectly with them getting out on the road, which leads them to Roskilde Festival. You’d better be there with them – rest assured that they will bring a BIG party!
