Time to go foraging!

Join us for a trip away from the festival site and discover Roskilde's edible nature. Learn about the local edible plants and gather flowers and herbs, which we will learn how to use in different contexts. Finally, we'll turn what we find into delicious – and not least beautiful – wild drinks.

Under expert guidance, you'll discover that you can use the surrounding nature for much more than just camping and listening to music. Your eyes will be opened to new ways of interacting with our natural surroundings, and you will gain practical knowledge that you can use for future nature walks.

You don't have to be a nature lover as such to join in. All it takes is an open mind – and a thirst for drinks!

Behind Wild Drinks is Maria Natascha Loustrup Larsen. Maria has previously developed various workshops, food concepts and sustainable projects in the Danish green think tank CONCITO as part of the community project GRO SELV.
