THE SCHEDULE IS HERE!

PUBLISHED THURSDAY 27.4.2023

The big puzzle has been put. The numerous pieces – musicians, artists and activists – all have their time slots. On top of the glory, we are expanding the programme with 24 new acts.

The wait is over! The schedule has landed.

A festival programme immediately looks different when you take the names from a poster and put them into a detailed festival planning.

With the schedule in your hands, you can plan your routes and musical journeys. But that's not all. You can now also get to meet 24 new names which we are adding today to an already abundant festival poster.

First Danish show coming up for Black Country, New Road!

We start with the music. Here you will find nine new names, among others the itinerant and changeable star collective Jammjam, who after last year's Arena success now gets the honor of opening Friday's programme on the Orange Stage. Additionally, and for the first time on Danish soil, you can experience the acclaimed experimental rock group Black Country, New Road.

And we’re covering much of the globe. You will find the hyped Manchester rapper Aitch, the Japanese trio Kuunatic, Pakistan's benju maestro Ustad Noor Bakhsh and the American folk-soul band Whitney.

Danish additions feature Danmarks Underholdningsorkester, which offers a very special festival concert at Platform, as well as the Copenhagen hardcore group EYES.

And then we can also welcome American Scowl as replacements for Destroy Boys, who unfortunately have to cancel their Roskilde show this year.

Let’s quickly move on to the Art & Activism line-up. Here we can add the world-famous and award-winning artist Martin Creed, who with the installation UNDERSTANDING, Work No. 2630 delivers a landmark to our festival. In addition, you can meet the British science rapper Jon Chase, get to participate in a workshop with cartoonist, illustrator and writer Sofie Riise Nors and jump headfirst into a meditative sound bath with djGEM, Lucy Headburn and byjayr.

We can also present a series of debates with influential and insightful voices that, among other things, address pleasure activism, break down taboos about our personal finances and discuss how we create security together in the nightlife and at festivals.
