Every year, 30,000 volunteers gather to create Roskilde Festival. They are the driving force behind the festival, and their roles and experiences are very different.

Over 1,200 of them are volunteers throughout the year. They are the backbone of the planning of the festival and put in a lot of effort before, during and after the festival.
