The trio Masiv has a clear mission: to combine the best of club and concert hall music. They certainly live up to this mission with a sound and energy where rave culture's ecstatic dance goes hand in hand with the feeling of experiencing a band that, with sweat on their brows, whips the audience into a frenzy.
Masiv consists of two producers and a drummer who, on stage, energetically mix synth-based madness with explosive live drums. With the drums as a foundation, a space is created where electronic chaos is facilitated by the analogue and the human.
Musically, the trio draws on a captivating mix of drum 'n' bass, techno, hyperpop and dubstep, which takes on an extra dimension through the organic interplay and the pulse of the hand-played drums.
Masiv released the EP Sidestik in 2025 and has also remixed another fantastic live band, Smag På Dig Selv. Most recently, they released the hard-hitting single "Loud," and you can expect both high energy and a massive soundscape when the trio brings their danceable expression to Roskilde Festival.
