Sunny and warm weather can make it tiring to move around the festival and camping areas.
That's why it's a good idea to look after yourself and the people around you whenever the temperature rises.
Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty. Apply sunscreen and seek out shade whenever you get the chance. Remember to take breaks from the sun throughout the day.
Keep an eye on your friends, and act if someone seems unwell, dizzy or starts feeling the effects of the heat.
Find water stations in the app
There are free drinking water stations across the festival site.
Open the map in the app to find the nearest water station, so you'll always know where to refill your water bottle.
Select "Drinking water" in the map filters to easily find all water stations.
Get help if you feel unwell
If you or one of your friends starts feeling unwell because of the heat, move into the shade, drink water and contact one of the festival hosts or first aid responders.
You can, for example, find the first aid station in East between Handicamp and Get A Place East.
Look after yourself and each other, and have a great festival.
