Have you slept awkwardly in your tent or danced until sunrise? Stop by The Yard and get your body moving with yoga. A team of experienced instructors will guide you through different styles such as Hatha, Yin, Bikram, and Flow – with a focus on waking up the body, releasing tension, and getting your energy flowing again.
The sessions vary in pace and style, but all focus on the connection between breath and movement. They’re open to everyone, whether you’re an experienced yogi or just need a good stretch after a long night at the campsite. Drop in for part of a session or stay for the full hour.
