Deaf is a warm, uplifting feel-good film about Ángela, a deaf woman, and her hearing partner Héctor as they await their first child. Parenthood puts their relationship to the test and pushes Ángela to find her own path in a world not always built for her needs.
With humor, tenderness, and heart, it portrays love across differences and the strength of family.
The film won the LUX Audience Award 2026.
Runtime: 99 min
The film is screened with English subtitles.
Deaf is screened in partnership with the European Parliament.
