The winter cold hangs in the breath of the residents of a small Swedish suburb outside Stockholm. Beyond the cold, the town is also plagued by a series of bloody murders that no one can truly explain.
Twelve-year-old and unusual Eli has recently moved to the area and has become the neighbor of Oskar, a child of divorce and the school’s primary bullying victim. But as both the bullying and the murders continue, a friendship begins to grow between the two young neighbors - who need each other in more ways than one.
Let the Right One In made its mark across the world upon its release – a bloody and deeply moving breakthrough that blends the vampire genre with social realism and the coming-of-age film.
The film is screened with English subtitles.
Runtime: 114 min
Let the Right One In is screened in partnership with the Danish National Film School.
