With Simone Lone Yoga, you can find both energy and moments of rest throughout the festival. You’re invited into a practice where body and mind can settle – whether you need to wake up, land, or let go. It’s not about getting it right, but about showing up and tuning in together with others. And you can explore a range of different yoga sessions across the festival.
Simone Lone Yoga is a community rooted in Copenhagen’s yoga scene, with many years of experience at Roskilde Festival. It creates space for presence, movement, and stillness – with a focus on connecting to your body, to each other, and to the moment.
Note: The yoga instructions will be held in Danish.
The different yoga sessions you can join at the festival are:
Flow Yoga
A dynamic morning practice where breath and movement merge into a continuous flow. You stay in motion, gently raise your pulse, and wake up the body after a night in your tent. An accessible way to start the day, leaving you warm, awake, and grounded.
Meditation
A quiet moment where you sit or lie down and let the festival fade into the background. Through guided meditation, you work with awareness and presence and create a mental pause in the middle of it all. A gentle practice that supports calm and clarity.
Yin Yoga
A calm and meditative practice with longer, passive stretches. You remain in each position for extended periods, working deep into connective tissue and joints. The pace is slow, with a focus on releasing tension and allowing the body to recharge – both physically and mentally.
Vinyasa
A more playful and energetic practice where movement, strength, and balance come together in a free-flowing sequence. The tempo is higher, and music and group energy help drive the session. Here, you can raise your pulse and feel your body working in a lively, dynamic flow.
Breathwork
A guided practice focused on the breath. You’ll work with different breathing techniques that can be both grounding and energising, influencing energy, focus, and inner calm. An intense yet safe experience where you set the pace and connect with your body and surroundings.
