Hungry but unsure where to go? Then head straight for Roskilde Festival’s culinary heart: the Food Court between Arena and Gloria. This year, the focus is firmly on plant-based dishes, and just like the rest of the festival stalls, everything served here is 100% organic. But whether you only eat vegan or not, you’ll find plenty of options to satisfy both your curiosity and your hunger.
Before we dive into this year’s new stalls, here are a few strong recommendations — so you can spend less time searching and more time feasting.

Craving a burger? Say no more. Mikuna will save the day after a long night of partying. In addition to juicy burgers, they serve up crispy fries and fresh lemonade. It’s easy, greasy, and delicious.

Check out this name: Seks, Shakshouka and Rock’n’Roll! If you think it sounds fun, you’ll love the food — Middle Eastern comfort food at its best. Try the warm, spiced shakshouka or its Moroccan cousin taktouka, both served with homemade flatbread.

Fancy some fish? New Arctic (formerly known as New Arctic Burger) serves Arctic-inspired food with a clear conscience. Here you can tuck into classic fish ’n’ chips or choose from three different burgers: vegan burger, fish burger, or classic beef burger.

Ristet Rug reimagines the Danish lunch classic smørrebrød with whole grains, organic ingredients, and plenty of crunch. Just as tasty as always — and perfectly portable for your festival wanderings. And if you’re longing for a good old-fashioned pork patty (hånddelle), you’ll find that here too.
Food with a conscience
Food Court isn’t just about filling your stomach — it’s about eating food you can feel good about. Here are a few food initiatives that make a real difference for the climate while keeping the flavour intact:
- The amount of red meat in Roskilde Festival’s food stalls is capped at 80 grams per serving.
- We’ve said goodbye to bottled gas — all food is now cooked using electricity.
- All food at Roskilde Festival is 100% organic this year.
This year, eight new food stalls (plus one expansion) have joined the Food Court, bringing everything from spicy chili and crispy toasties to Iranian street food. Here’s what’s new:
- Chili Feast – Green, homemade, and full of flavour from Ubberup Højskole’s kitchen.
- Ristet Rug – Smørrebrød 2.0: organic, crunchy, and packed with umami.
- The Greasy Toast – Comfort food classics: toasties made with quality ingredients and plenty of love.
- Kong Gulerod – Vegan, organic carrot kebabs.
- Bjørn og Delfino – Tasty organic pasta dishes created by head chef Davide Grossi.
- El Patron Armando – Mexican food with depth, spice, and plenty of soul.
- Himitsu – Asian dim sum favourites and bao buns filled with juicy flavours and steamy goodness.
- Phago – Bringing the warmth of the Mediterranean with flavourful flatbreads and fresh fries.
- Mikuna Fries – Brand-new crispy sidekicks from the popular Mikuna burger stall.
And don’t worry — the classics are still here too. Grab Korean favourites at KOPAN, Asian bites from District Tonkin, umami love from The Organic Boho, and so much more in Food Court and Food Court Hall 2.

Food Court is open every day from 10:00 to 03:00.
