Taste the Fresh Arrivals at Food Court

02.07.2026Guide

Crispy mushroom katsu, Roman pizza by the slice and outrageously loaded hot dogs. Food Court has welcomed a fresh batch of food traders – and they're well worth the detour.

You might be racing from one concert to the next, but that doesn't mean dinner has to be an afterthought.

Between Arena and Gloria you'll find Food Court, where exciting new food concepts have joined long-time festival favourites. This year's line-up also reflects our ambition to serve food that's big on flavour while keeping its climate footprint firmly off the scales.

Not sure where to begin? Sink your teeth into these three newcomers.

Overflow

If you're looking to eat a little greener, Overflow serves up Asian-inspired dishes where mushrooms take centre stage.

Wonky vegetables and mushrooms that might otherwise have gone to waste are transformed into crispy oyster mushroom katsu curry or a deeply flavourful chop suey. Proof that rescued ingredients can still steal the show.

Che Tipo

When only pizza will do, Che Tipo delivers authentic Roman pizza al taglio.

Led by chef Davide Grossi, expect the real taste of Italy, served by the slice and made for festival life. Choose from toppings including mortadella, courgette and smoked cheese.

Doghouse

Nothing hits quite like a hot dog when the late-night cravings kick in.

Straight from Copenhagen's Torvehallerne food market, Doghouse lets you build your own masterpiece. Pick from five different sausages, then pile on the toppings, sauces and homemade potato salad. Go big – nobody's judging.

Mad med omtanke

When you're serving more than a million meals at Roskilde Festival, every ingredient counts.

All food served at the festival is 100% organic.

Every dish now has a climate cap of maximum 2 kg CO₂e.

Look out for the One Planet Plate label on menus – it marks dishes with a climate footprint below 0.5 kg CO₂e.

Every food stall serves at least one vegetarian or vegan meal.

Red meat is limited to a maximum of 80 grams per dish.

All food is cooked using electricity – bottled gas has been phased out.
