Consent to marketing
If you wish to participate in the competition, you must consent to receive news and marketing material from Roskilde Festival Charity Foundation, VAT no. 26465745, and Roskilde Festival Charity Society, VAT no. 39122715 (hereafter Roskilde Festival Group). If you already have a member profile at Roskilde Festival Charity Society [or Orange Orbit], where you have agreed to receive news and marketing material, you will still only receive the material once.
If you have signed up for our newsletter, you have agreed to receive emails with news and marketing-related content from the Roskilde Festival Charity Foundation and the Roskilde Festival Charity society regarding their activities. You can expect to receive one to three emails per month with news and marketing material. If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of an email.
Should you choose to withdraw your consent to receive marketing material before completion of the competition, you will no longer be able to participate in the competition.
Participants
The competition is open to all Orange Orbit members at age 18 or older, and who reside in Denmark. Employees of the Roskilde Festival Group and members of their households may not participate in the competition. You may only participate with one mail per participant. Checks will be made to ensure that the conditions are met. If they are not met, you will be excluded from the competition, and a new winner will be drawn.
Competition period and conditions
You can enter the competition on September 14 to September 25, 2026. You participate in the competition by registering with name and e-mail on the questionnaire.
By completing the questions and actively agreeing to participate in the competition, you also accept that we may process said information about you. Read more below.
Competition Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded, which will be found by drawing on September 28, 2026. The winners will be notified directly by e-mail provided.
2 x full festival tickets for Roskilde Festival 2027 (2 x 2,620 DKK).
If you win
The winners of the competition will be notified directly by e-mail. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at info@roskilde-festival.dk.
Your personal data
To participate in the music wishes, you must provide your name and e-mail to Roskilde Festival Group, who is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. The information is only used for running the competition and is not shared with third parties. We take good care of your data. Read more about this in our privacy policy here, where you can also read about your rights.
By completing the questions and actively agreeing to participate in the competition, you also accept that we may process said information about you, and that your response will be stored or linked to your profile.
As your participation is completely voluntary, we will only process your data on the basis of your consent. Your data will therefore be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) article, 6 (1), litra a.
You may at any time withdraw your consent, in which case we will delete all your personal data, and you will no longer be a part of the competition
