Do you want to help shape the future of recycling at Roskilde Festival?
Join Team Back Office in Team Pant – awarded RF Heroes for community and innovation!We’re looking for a curious and proactive co-creator who’s eager to take responsibility for researching and developing new recycling solutions. You’ll work closely with the team leader, playing a key role in both daily operations and long-term development – with plenty of room for influence and creativity!

Your key responsibilities:

Research and explore future recycling and deposit solutions

Collaborate closely with the team leader on development and daily operations

Take responsibility for selected areas within Team Back Office

Contribute with fresh ideas and curiosity

Attend physical meetings in Roskilde (or online)
