ABOUT THE TASK AND THE ROLE
Do you want to try your hand at multiple roles, take responsibility, and be where the action happens?
Join Team Pant as a Fixer, a team celebrated as RF Heroes for our strong community and innovation!
Team Pant is looking for someone who loves to co-create on many levels. As a Parental Leave Substitute – Fixer, you’ll step into a dynamic role that constantly evolves – giving you insight and influence across the entire team.
At Team Pant, we rotate the “big” roles from year to year.
You’ll start as a parental leave substitute and get the chance to grow into new positions. Maybe you’ll become a project manager for communication, a co-creator in logistics, or next year you might take on the Year-Round Manager role in Team Pant Booth. We’re already seeing the need for someone eager to explore several roles over time, bringing both structure and that positive “yes-energy.”
You’ll have a team of co-creators supporting you with communication materials and setup. If new projects or ideas arise, you can bring in more volunteers! Plus, you’ll get strong backup from neighboring teams – Team Runners, Team Back Office, Team Logistics, Team Construction & Orders – all ready to help you succeed.
Your key responsibilities:
-
Ensure the smooth operation of the deposit booths, run by the festival’s associations
- Maintain overview and focus on the year’s specific area
-
Lead and motivate your own team of co-creators
-
Collaborate with neighboring teams for efficient festival operations
-
Recruit additional volunteers when needed
-
Attend physical meetings in Roskilde

What’s in it for you?
-
An unique opportunity to explore multiple roles over time
-
Leadership experience and the chance to shape your own development
-
Festival access, meals during shifts, access to volunteer areas, accommodation, and more
-
A place in the RF Heroes community – and festival friends for life
