ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF
Do you want to be the one making sure the deposit booths run smoothly – all year round and during the festival?
Become a Year-Round Manager for Team Recycling– awarded RF Heroes for our unique team spirit and innovative drive!
As Year-Round Manager, you’ll have operational responsibility for the deposit booths, which are run by partner associations. You’ll ensure that these associations get everything they need so their volunteers can give the festival the very best of Team Pant.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated group of co-creators focusing on communication and setup – and you’ll have the freedom to expand your team with more volunteers when new tasks arise.
Team Recycling includes, besides Team Recycling stations, Team Runners, Team Back Office, Team Logistics, and Team Construction & Orders – all ready to collaborate while you take the lead on daily operations.
We’re proud to have recently been named RF Heroes 2025 for Best Volunteer Community:
“For several years, they have simplified a complex process through digital solutions, benefiting many fellow volunteers. At the same time, the team puts great effort into nurturing their own small community, where each person’s engagement can be adapted to life outside the festival.”
Your key responsibilities:
-
Ensure associations have everything needed to operate the deposit booths
-
Maintain an overview of workflows, materials, and communication
-
Lead and motivate your own team of co-creators
-
Collaborate with other teams to achieve RF-level precision
-
Recruit additional volunteers for new or expanded tasks
-
Attend physical meetings in Roskilde (and some online)
