ABOUT THE TASK AND THE ROLE
Do you want to make your mark on sustainability, leadership, and community at Roskilde Festival 2026?
Become a Team Leader for Team Pant – awarded RF Heroes for our strong sense of unity and innovation!
As Team Leader, you’ll form a leadership duo together with Wienke Reimer. Together, you’ll share overall responsibility for the operation and logistics of the festival’s deposit system (“pant”). You’ll help develop, rethink, and execute the strategy for the future of recycling at Roskilde – while ensuring that our community continues to deliver that unique RF magic and award-winning team spirit.
Your key responsibilities:

Lead five subteams: Runners, Deposit Booths, Construction & Orders, Logistics, and Back Office

Focus on planning and building the deposit booths

Ensure correct orders and handle all the important details

Maintain structure and execution during the build-up phase

Ensure smooth handover of new and improved logistics processes to the next passionate leader

Participate in in-person meetings in Roskilde (plus some online)
