Extravagant show mixes EDM, hyperpop and chaotic punk attitude

You never quite know what to expect from Frost Children's music, but you can be sure that you'll never be bored when siblings Angel and Lulu Prost put their foot down. One moment you're swept away by golden pop melodies, the next you're blown away by almost punk-like guitar anthems, before landing right in the middle of an intense rave or an EDM dance party.

Although they were quickly pigeonholed as hyperpop when they first emerged, Frost Children have grown into an ever-changing entity that defies categorisation. However, their hyperpop roots are still evident in their songs, which often feature overdriven and glitchy productions and electronically distorted vocals.

The mix of rave references, hyperpop and punk electroclash makes Frost Children a thrilling live act, and they have built up a dedicated fan base through their high-energy, genre-bending concerts. Concerts where the duo's quirky humour and contempt for convention have been expressed in ways such as them being their own support band for several shows!

However, there is never any doubt that behind all the wildly growing ideas beats a huge pop heart. Just listen to the duo's latest album, Sister, released in 2025, which fully demonstrates Frost Children's ability to create imaginative and captivating pop music that sends the audience soaring through a creative and open landscape. Now the duo is bringing their spectacular pop show to Roskilde Festival, and we can promise you it's going to be quite a party.
