- Sunday 29 JuneTALK: Festivals, flirting and disabilities, 14:00, Re:Act
Festivals are a space of freedom—a place where we meet, flirt, party, and enjoy life. But what if the world isn’t designed for your body? How do you dance in a wheelchair in a crowded festival crowd? How do you navigate between campsites with a visual impairment? And what does accessibility really mean when we talk about love, sexuality, and spontaneity?
SUMH (The Association of Youth with Disabilities) invites you to an important and engaging conversation about the right to be part of the party—on your own terms. A panel of young people with disabilities will share their experiences, life hacks, and visions for a festival where everyone can participate equally—from the accessible platforms to the romance of the campsite.
Join us in challenging norms and learning how we can create a more accessible and inclusive festival environment.
Please note: This event will be in Danish.
Re:Act is presented by Rapolitics, Roskilde Festival, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, with support from the Tuborg Foundation and the OpEn Fund.
