VIDEO: A Roskilde concert can be intense and packed, so let’s take good care of one another. Here are 4 insider tips to help you catch the best vibes at every show.

One of the best things about concerts is that we experience them together.

But when a lot of us are gathered in front of the stage, things can get intense and very crowded.

The best spot isn’t necessarily right up at the front – it’s wherever you feel comfortable, with enough space and a good sense of community around you.

That’s why we’ve got four tips to help you find the very best place to be:

Four tips for...

1. Think about where you want to stand – in advance

Are you into high energy and close contact? Or do you prefer calm and breathing space? Find the right place for you before the concert kicks off. Great sound and vibes can be found all over.

2. Expect close contact

You’ll be standing close to others – especially for the big acts. If it gets too intense, move further back or out to the side. You’ll still have a great experience.

3. Look out for one another

Take care of your mates – and people you don’t know too. Make space and lend a hand if someone falls. If someone feels unwell, help them over to a volunteer in an orange vest.

4. Listen and follow the instructions

The hosts in orange vests and the messages on the big screens are there for you. They help keep the energy high and the vibe safe.
