As a volunteer, you get access to the full festival and dedicated volunteer areas. You’ll get food and drinks during your shifts, as well as the option of a quiet place to sleep close to hot showers.

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF
We are a football club from Valby that collects refundable bottles and cans gathered by others. We then sort the bottles and cans into different categories so they can be returned and handled in an environmentally friendly way. It can be a dirty job, but we always do our best to make sure everyone has a good time and a positive experience.
As a volunteer with us, you will have 4 shifts of 8 hours each: two shifts before the music starts and two shifts during the concerts. However, we are usually quite good at planning the shifts so that you can still see the concerts you would like to attend :).
We have a great backstage area where we try to create a lounge area where volunteers can relax and take breaks during their shifts. This is also where we provide food and drinks for volunteers while they are on duty.

We are a football club from Valby that has been running this stand for more than 10 years. Over the years, we have built up a great group of volunteers, many of whom return to us after volunteering with us before. We would love to welcome people from all over the world, as we believe this creates an even better experience for everyone.

Do you enjoy being at the front line? Would you like to be part of a well-organised team with many years of experience?
Then join us right at the front in Parking West, where we are among the first people our happy and excited festival guests meet when they arrive!
Together, we help create a great atmosphere with a little dancing, plenty of good energy and lots of good jokes.
Our tasks include checking driving and parking permits and helping guests find their way around when they are unsure where to go.
As a volunteer with us, you will contribute a total of 32 hours across 4 shifts (normally including at least one daytime shift, one evening shift and one night shift). Only one of your shifts will take place during a concert evening/night.
You will of course have the opportunity to have a say in your shift schedule, and you can easily be placed on the same team as your friends.
And psst! Food and refreshments are provided during your shifts, and there is free breakfast every day.

Our leadership team are all seasoned festival volunteers with plenty of experience and a deep connection to Roskilde Festival. We know all the good stories, and we are always happy to share them!
With so much experience in this role, it takes quite a lot to surprise us. But most importantly, we work well together throughout the year and share the same goal: to make sure everyone has a great festival experience where they feel seen, heard and valued for who they are and for the contribution they make.

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF
You will be volunteering as part of a team that, among other things, collects and disposes of garbage bags and handles various ad-hoc tasks.
Your volunteer commitment consists of 4 shifts of 8 hours each, from Saturday, 26 June to Sunday, 4 July 2027.
We expect that you:
- Are reliable and show up for your shifts
- Speak Danish or English
- Are over 18 years old

The Support Corps consists of 10 volunteer team leaders and 50 volunteers. We are part of Roskilde Festival, and all profits go towards helping vulnerable children during Christmas, so they can have a better and more joyful Christmas celebration! 🎄
