ACCESSIBILITY

Our team offers following accessibility

  • We offer roles that are not physically demanding.
  • We offer roles that are suitable for people with reduced hearing.
  • We offer roles that do not require reading or writing.
  • We offer the possibility of flexible shift lengths by agreement.

ABOUT US

The task is carried out in close collaboration with Lions Absalon Roskilde, a humanitarian organization that supports causes benefiting children and young people who are in need of help or who, for various reasons, feel lonely or are struggling.

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

Smile and wave! Smile and wave!
Do you love being on the front line? Want to be part of a well-organised team with years of experience? Then join us out front at Parking West, where we’re some of the very first people the happy and excited festival guests meet when they arrive!

Together, we help set the tone with great vibes, a little dance, high spirits, and the best jokes around.

Our tasks include checking driving and parking permits, and giving directions when guests are unsure of where to go.

Over the course of the festival, we contribute 32 hours (usually spread over at least one day shift, one evening shift, and one night shift), and only one of your shifts will be during a music evening/night.
You'll have the opportunity to influence your schedule, and you're more than welcome to volunteer with your friends.

Psst! We provide meals during your shifts and free breakfast every day.

ABOUT US

Our leadership team are true veterans – we've got orange blood running through our veins!
We know all the best stories, and we’re always happy to share them. With so much experience handling this role, it takes a lot to surprise us these days.

But most importantly, we work closely together all year round and share one clear goal:
That everyone has a great festival, where they feel seen, heard, and appreciated – both for who they are and for the work they do.
