He has been called one of the greatest new talents in Danish hip-hop and R&B, and at the same time he has created his own unique artistic voice in a diverse landscape.
The debut album Hyben from 2025 deliberately cultivated a contrasting style that made room for both booming, confident trap beats and a more romantic and reflective side of the singer and rapper. A duality that reflects a journey from being an introverted and shy teenager who nerded out on music production and SoundCloud rap in his bedroom to being a celebrated performer on some of Denmark's biggest stages.
The album carries a powerful message about staying true to yourself while stepping outside your comfort zone, and Ozzy manages to create songs with emotional depth and personality, while delivering potent hits and infectious beats in a wide-ranging musical universe. The fact that he collaborates with Danish stars such as Benny Jamz, Mas and Kesi on his debut album shows that he is well on his way to the big leagues, and he was also on stage at the Roskilde Festival in 2025 as part of Anton Westerlin's impressive show.
In early 2026, he released his new single, "Skyggebokser," which was praised by Danish media Soundvenue as his best song yet. 2026 will also be the year he takes the stage at Roskilde Festival under his own name—and we can't wait!
