Færm will serve up their delicious plant-based take on the future of cheese, while Øllingegaard brings their classic organic cheeses – so you can taste, compare, and discover your own favourites.

Færm develops plant-based cheese technology to be adopted by the established dairy industry by translating dairy science to plants.
Øllingegaard is a 30-year-old 100 percent organic dairy which was merged with Naturmælk in 2017. They produce all kinds of dairy products in the old-school way but are working on a green transition from 100 percent dairy plant to food production.
