Buy Early Entry from Thursday

06.05.2026The festival

Early Entry tickets for Roskilde Festival 2026 go on sale Thursday at 10:00. Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so be ready – find prices and info here.

When Roskilde Festival opens on Saturday 27 June at 16:00, many participants arrive at the same time.

With Early Entry, you can enter earlier in the day and secure a spot before it gets busy.

From Thursday 7 May at 10:00, you can buy Early Entry tickets. They are usually snapped up fast, so it’s a good idea to be ready when tickets become available. You can buy Early Entry via our webshop.

Early Entry is especially relevant if you:

  • want to arrive early and avoid queues
  • plan to stay in Regular Camping and want a better choice of spots
  • are arriving with a group and want to set up camp together
  • want more time to settle in before the festival opens

Find prices, information about Regular Camping, parking and more below.

Prices, entry options and rules

You can buy an Early Entry ticket for one of the following entrances:

  • Entrance West – 50 DKK
  • Entrance South – 50 DKK
  • Entrance East – 50 DKK
  • Caravan North – 50 DKK
  • Caravan South – 50 DKK
  • By train from Roskilde Station to Roskilde Festival Station (Entrance Train Station) – 80 DKK

If, for example, you choose an Early Entry ticket for Entrance West, your ticket gives you access to that entrance.

You purchase Early Entry for a specific time slot. Each time slot is a 30-minute interval. For example, if your ticket is for 10:00, you can arrive and enter between 10:00 and 10:30.

You can cross the footbridge between Camping East and Camping West – also during Early Entry. This means you can buy Early Entry for Entrance East and still find a spot in West (if space is available when you arrive).

Where is Regular Camping?

Regular Camping refers to areas without reservations, where you find an available spot yourself upon arrival.

  • Camping West: primarily Regular Camping
  • Camping East: in N

Please note: An Early Entry ticket does not guarantee that you will find a camping spot in the regular camping areas in either East or West. However, all participants will be able to find a camping spot at the festival.

If there is no space available in Regular Camping, you can go to Camping Wayfinding east of the bridge before 18:00 on Saturday 27 June. Here, you can get help and be directed to another area where camping space is still available.

Plan your arrival

Your festival begins the moment you start your journey to Roskilde. The better prepared you are, the faster you can get in, find your camp, raise a toast and pitch your first tent.
