In 2027, Roskilde Festival will host its 55th edition, taking place from 26 June to 3 July.
Roskilde Festival is a non-profit and independent festival with a large and diverse program that includes music, art, activism, and gastronomy – it is also a community, and a movement created to make a difference.
This ambition sets the framework for the development of all parts of the festival; when we focus on circular principles when building and designing our festival city, on plant-based food and new green solutions, and on caring for one another and making the festival community accessible to as many as possible.
With Roskilde Festival, we aim to contribute to build the foundation for a brighter and more sustainable future by sparkling hope and inspiring action for new generations. We do this by combining the big utopian ideas with tangible, everyday initiatives that can clearly illuminate new paths.
We provide space for new progressive voices, ideas, and initiatives that engage and inspire, challenge, bridge gaps, and unite. And we do this within a dynamic and diverse festival community where dreams can become reality, and together, we can build a movement toward a more responsible world.
