Start your festival morning with freshly brewed coffee and a classic Danish BMO – a bun with butter and cheese. Once again, Food Is Now teams up with Coffee Collective, Collective Bakery, and Øllingegaard to create a calm morning space to recharge before the day unfolds.
Between 10:00 and 11:30, a breakfast plate built on quality ingredients and strong craftsmanship is served. Along the way, you can meet the people behind the ingredients and hear the stories behind their work with coffee, bread, and dairy products.
Every day from 11:00 to 11:30, you can also join short talks where the producers break down the breakfast plate and the ingredients behind it.
